There is no way to apply for staff. Instead, our management team will select people that are active/welcoming to new members/knowledgeable/respectful to everyone/etc within the Minecraft and Discord server. If you would like to become staff, you will need to show good qualities, and be an active member of the GalaxyWay community. Asking for staff will decrease the likelihood of you being chosen. If you are chosen, a staff member will message you asking if you would like the position.
